“非常糟糕，完全不是五星酒店，硬装和软装都非常差。我们付了1600美金，12月初在deluxe 房间住了两个晚上，入住当天晚上6店房间才准备好。房间在路边上，半夜都有很多噪音，服务和态度也非常差。这个地方不会再去，太失望太糟糕了”

“It’s a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are great, shower and toilet are great as well. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, and walkable distance / three tram stations to Strasbourg train station. ”

“Wir sind so glücklich, dass wir dieses Hotel gefunden haben. Einfach super niedlich eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war prima. Wir haben alles bekommen, was wir brauchten. Das Parkhaus haben wir nicht genutzt sondern quasi umme Ecke auf der Straße geparkt. War kein Problem. ”

“The hotel is beautiful, being a converted old mill gives it a very unique vibe. The room we had was spacious with a comfortable bed and large shower. It is located right by the”petite France” area meaning you are close to many restaurants and numerous cobblestone streets with 14th century buildings. You are a 5 minute walk to the Strasbourg Notre Dame church. The restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about our stay there!”
